“Never be afraid of loving the Blessed Virgin too much. You can never love Her more than Jesus did.”

St. Maximilian Kolbe

Our Mission

We are a mother/daughter apostolate dedicated to enhancing devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. By the grace of God, we have fully consecrated ourselves to the Blessed Virgin Mary and strive to embody this consecration in everything we undertake. Aspiring to be Her little instruments, we trust that Mother Mary will embrace this humble offering, working through the lives of those who surrender to Her, so that many souls may be drawn closer to Her Beloved Son, Jesus.

The mission of Mary’s Army is to evangelize through prayer, retreats, and providing valuable resources, while walking alongside others on their journey to uncover the immense love that Mary holds for them and Her desire for all of Her children to grow nearer to Her Son, Jesus.

We are deeply passionate about vocations and cherish the opportunity to make resources from various Religious Orders available to the faithful.

To sustain our apostolate, we rely on the generosity of donations.

PAST Events

On November 16, 2025, the Mission of Mary's Army sponsored a vocations event to connect with various Religious orders. Franciscan Friar of the Immaculate, Fr. Charbel Boustany, along with the Religious Sisters of Mercy from Alma, MI, Sister Mary Hanah and Sister Mary Elisha, were present to answer questions and share their inspiring vocation stories about Religious life. Attendees also had the opportunity to browse materials from multiple Religious orders.

The 3rd Annual Altar Server Spiritual Retreat took place on November 15, 2025, at the Church of St. Benedict in Broken Arrow, OK. Almost 150 individuals from Oklahoma and Texas participated in this enriching gathering.

Participants were inspired by the insightful presentations of Bishop David Konderla and Gabriel Castillo. Bishop David discussed the Universal Call to Holiness and addressed numerous questions from the attendees. Gabriel delivered two impactful presentations; the first focused on reverence and respect, while the second captivated the audience with his testimony on Our Lady's power over Satan, sharing how Mary and the Miraculous Medal transformed his life. Retreatants had the unique opportunity to venerate relics of St. Dominic, St. Gaspar del Bufalo, St. Catherine Labouré, St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe, and St. Charbel. The retreat concluded with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the Litany of Trust, and a chance to receive God’s mercy and forgiveness through the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

On November 9, 2024, altar servers, clergy, and acolytes from the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma, along with the Archdiocese of OKC, gathered at the Church of St. Benedict in Broken Arrow, OK, for the 2024 Altar Server Spiritual Retreat: Encountering Christ.

Attendees had the chance to encounter Jesus through Adoration and Confession. Session topics included vocations, the corporal and spiritual works of mercy, a special service project for Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma, the roles and virtues of a server, and how to encounter Christ in our daily lives through the Eucharist. Speakers included Fr. Bryan Brooks, Fr. Duy Nguyen, Fr. Gabriel Garcia, Fr. James Porter, Deacon Erick Bell, Deacon Dan Brennan, Seminarian Luke Bland, and the Religious Sisters of Mercy from Alma, MI. Photos from the event can be found in the Gallery.

We hosted a wonderful family-friendly Marian Retreat with engaging break-out sessions at the Church of St. Benedict in Broken Arrow, OK, on May 11, 2024. Photos from the event are available in the Gallery.

Brown Scapulars

According to tradition, in the year 1251, a Carmelite superior general residing in Cambridge, England, named St. Simon Stock, was fervently praying for heavenly intercession for his order, as the Carmelites were enduring significant trials and oppression at that time. On July 16th, 1251, in response to his earnest prayers, he was visited by Our Lady. She presented him with a Brown Scapular, proclaiming, "Receive, my beloved son, this Scapular of thy Order; it is the special sign of my favor, which I have obtained for thee and for thy children of Mount Carmel. He who dies clothed with this habit shall be preserved from eternal fire. It is the badge of salvation, a shield in time of danger, and a pledge of special peace and protection."
